Hi, everyone
I am a seller and my return policy is that I pay the shipping fee if there is a return. A buyer requests a return and I see there is a USPS label created with tracking number already. But the buyer never hand the item to the USPS. In this case, do I get charged by the shipping fee? If so, any way that I can void the label by myself? Thanks.

Your buyer has a certain number of days (15?) to use the shipping label. If they don't use the label to return after that period, the Return may be closed. Don't void the label just yet.
