Hey all,
I recently bought an item that was shipped as expected a couple days ago and I've been keeping an eye on the tracking as I usually do to know when to expect my stuff. Upon checking the tracking early this morning, I see the following status update:
"As requested by the sender, the delivery change for this package was completed. / The sender requested that we return this package."
There's been no communication from the seller about this but can't help but feel like the seller is trying to pull one over on me. I've reached out to them to try and figure out what's going on.
I'm fairly certain I'll be covered by eBay but after calling this morning, they're advising me to wait until the expected delivery window of Aug 28 - Sep 5 has passed despite the tracking information clearly showing that the package is no longer on it's way to me.
Has anyone seen anything like this before or have any advice?
Thanks!

You have to wait until at least 1 day after the last estimated delivery date to open a INR (which is what your claiming) case.

Great, thanks!
Bit of a bummer since I was hoping to use the item this weekend. Funnily enough, that seller has listed two more of the same item since selling mine separately but has been unresponsive still 😕
