Hi all
I am really stuck, I ordered a bag from a seller based in Ireland, and requested to return the item when it arrived as the condition was not as described.
The seller agreed that they would accept a refund, I posted this on 10th November and when I check RM tracking it just tells me it is 'Leaving UK' but nothing further, and the partner courier in Ireland shows no information on the delivery or even having the parcel and the status has not changed for over 1 week now.
I am trying to follow up with Royal Mail but the wait times are extortionate at the moment.
I used the return label the seller provided, who is therefore responsible to follow up with RM? I also don't know the value of the returns label that was used! Any help would be much appreciated!
I also do have the receipt from the post office to say the item was sent !
