I just wanted to get rid of a brand new iPad I had won (no Apple products in my home) so I sold it here and the buyer (from Ukraine... a red flag I know now) asked for a refund saying I sent them a used, broken iPad. I opened a support case and they ruled in the buyers favor, but the next day the buyer closed the return request. I asked ebay support if I needed to do anything since the buyer closed the case and they said no... I'm a bit anxious though. Never sold anything else on eBay so I'm not sure of the ropes. Am I in the clear? Such a pain, I'm not doing this again! Thank you!
