Return address outside US

I purchased an item shipped from NJ, item did not fit wanted to return the item and the return address is Pinghu, Longgang District. This made me mad. How do I get Ebay to respond to this problem.

When you are stalled with a location misrepresentation return @ibredfishin, contact eBay at http://fb.com/ebay via a private message with your name, email, and zip code.

It doens't matter that return address is international, if item is not as decribed then seller must pay the shipping return cost or simply refund outright. However, if it's just a case of buyers remorse, then you would pay shipping cost.

If you opened a return on Ebay, you should be able to ask Ebay to in on day 4.
