Return Label Error

I'm returning a phone that was not in the condition that was described in the listing.  My return was approved, but I can't print the shipping label because of an error, and I can't email the shipping label either because I get another error.  My return deadline is june 25.  What can I do?

What kind of “error” are you getting?

Do a screenshot or snippet of the label, copy it to paint or word, and print directly from there.

The label isn't even generated

Try a different browser...your browser looks, for lack of a better word, weird. Is that opera?

Sorry, you've been misinformed. It's not your browser --

Even the large* sellers are exploiting the return label feature:Providing a fake return label tricks the buyer to return on their own dime.

Call eBay (you can Google "eBay number" to get the number) --

and you will get a free label or a courtesy refund.

What happens you click “email a return label”? If there is no label, call customer service ASAP and tell them the seller didn’t issue a label.
