I ordered two products from the same seller and when they arrived they were not what I was looking for so I returned them. Now when I got the items they came in one package and I thought of returning it the same way. when I clicked on the return, eBay asked me to pay for the shipment. as I was shipping it together so I clicked on the return of 1 item and asked the vendor that I ship it in one package will he refund, he said yes he will. now when the item reached him he only refunded me of one of the items and is asking me to file a case 'item not found' only then he will refund me fully, now I don't understand how to do it as he is not refunding me fully. if I click on the refund of other item, eBay asks me to pay for the shipment again whereas item is already shipped and is with the vendor at the moment. kindly help me in this regard.
