(Resolved) No Services Available on 9/1/2023 at 15:55 MDT

On the "Ship your order" page, I enter (as I always do) the package weight and dimensions, then press the Tab key in the last dimension field, which has always caused the page to update with the expected price of the upcoming label to be printed, and presented a Print Label button. This time after hitting Tab, the page updates, sure enough, but today it clears all information below, and says "No services available", so I have no options to print a label. I'm assuming eBay has an issue, but is it me? 

*Update 9/1/2023 16:05 MDT: After refreshing the page periodically for 10 minutes, now it's behaving normally. I'm guessing that somebody in the eBay IT team messed something up, and they just got around to fixing it.

And... as of 16:19 MDT, NO it's not resolved. The "Ship your order screen" did update for awhile, but even then the Purchase Label button didn't do anything.

Now it's back to "No services available." 

Also, all my eBay seller pages are inappropriately requiring another login.

I also can't bring up a "Shipping Labels" page, to see whether or not my label was purchased.

 NOT RESOLVED AT 3:21pm  PDT 91/2023.
For packages due out today, this is a gigantic problem and eBay will likely charge a DEFECT because the item was not shipped on time.

The site is experiencing numerous issues with shipping labels, display of payments info, and log-in issues. I tagged eBay reps for assistance on this thread:

Update 9/1/2023 16:46 MDT:  I was able to get a shipping label printed just now. Wow. That's a pretty long outage, for an enterprise as widely used as eBay.
