I am what you would call a "casual" seller on eBay. Recently I sold 12 items to a buyer who needed to Request Total in order to get a combined shipping cost. Buyer only had access to the eBay app on her phone. The app, I have since discovered, does NOT include the option to "Request Total." Even when using a browser on a phone or tablet, the "Request Total" does not appear. It only shows if you are using a laptop or desktop computer. (Or so it seems.) How does one go about reporting this to eBay? How do you work around this with buyers? Any help would be appreciated.
P.S. The buyer in this case had to take her laptop to a neighbor's for access to wifi in order to complete the order. Otherwise I would have lost the sale.

Don't know why, but that option is not available on the app.
With them designing everything for mobile users, you would think that option would be included in the app.
