Hi, How do I get the shipping paid on an item that I already refunded? I couldn't change the refund amount on the initial item-only the amount paid for the item. Now I need to refund the shipping cost but I can't due to "open ticket" My phone wouldn't let me change the initial refund amount or I wouldn't have this problem. I hope y ou understand what I'm trying to do here! Thanks for your help!
