Can anyone help me please,
I sold an item on ebay and the buyer requested a refund! I'm happy to do the refund but the funds they paid me with on paypal are pending they're not on hold they're pending.
Now i dont want to refund the buyer if I dont get this money from paypal
Will the money become available to me if I do the refund or not?
Really confused
