Refunds

Hi.  I've been looking all over the place for a button that will take me to a page where I can refund some money to a buyer for shipping.  Buyer purchased multiple items from me and I want to kick back some money to her.

Little help please.  How do I do this?    Thanks  Zack-

In your orders, click the menu next to the item and click refund, but be sure to change the amount.

You could always include cash with the item. Buyers love that.
