Please help me talk with a real person. after eBay said they would help me get my refund for item I never received in the call back in a week I received a message saying that I will no longer get my money back case closed and now I can't get ahold of anybody to talk to will you please help anybody real this has been going on since the 2nd of April and I legitly just would like my money back for something I never got thank you

If eBay closed your case, you may have to go to your payment source. If you used PayPal, file a dispute with them. If you didn't use PP, go to your credit card company and open a case. Whatever you do, be sure to follow instructions and don't miss any deadlines.

Did you file a request with eBay, and if so what type? How long has it been since you made payment?

If the outcome was case closed with no refund I'm thinking the seller had tracking showing it was delivered. Maybe you didn't receive it because it was stolen after it was left on your porch or in your mailbox.

And if that is the case, it is still case closed. The advise here to just do a chargeback is bogus. Proof of delivery is proof of delivery. Period.

No cuz I tried to cancel my order since the 2nd of April I waited for the UPS truck and said do not even bring that to my door take that back he did I got a tracking number offline showed it was delivered and signed for and then eBay still closed my case without a refund

Sounds like you voided your buyer protection by doing a return to sender and the UPS guy further voided it by marking it delivered.

Is this about the item you gave negative feedback for and returned the item?
Did you return the item by the date Ebay gave you?
Does tracking show the returned item was delivered?

Never gave a negative feedback I never received the item I paid for it and ordered it on the 2nd of April I immediately decided I didn't want item so I cancelled it and they never sent me any information after that I got a hold of eBay he said we'll start a return I said but I don't have an item so it was scheduled for that following day I waited outside for ups and said don't even bring it to my door they took it back to the seller there's tracking information and a signature from this lady and still they closed my case and refused to give my money $242

Unlike "if I only had a brain" eBay @nichow7038 your card issuer is still answering the phone.
And if you cancel/return a purchase -- YOU GET A REFUND.
And if you refuse a delivery -- YOU GET A REFUND.
You're done letting eBay lie to you. Call your card issuer, and get your refund.

If you refused the package, you lost your protection and that's why you didn't get a refund.
You should have accepted the package, then try to return it.
