Why after 30 days the refund doesn’t appear in my account bank if it was my original payment?

I would call eBay. Maybe your bank paid part and your card did part or it was partial PayPal balance, etc etc. refunds can take awhile and you need to keep up with eBay if you expect them honor their money back guarantee

1.  Who?  refunded what? to who? for why? when? how?

2. Refunds are sent  through your PayPal account.   Did you check there?

3.  eBay will refund FVF fees, etc. to sellers
