Ebay is supposed to have a Money Back Guarantee but they are not honoring it. My seller has not refunded me $874.95 for an item that was returned and delivered on Dec 10. I have filed a Complaint with The Attorney Generals Office in my State regarding eBays failure to honor their Money Back guarantee and this seller who has not refunded me my money back to my Credit Card.

Word of advice, stop buying on ebay and look elsewhere for what you need. EBay is not a trusted source to buy items with and many sellers try to rob you of your money with ebay not guaranteeing your money.

PayPal has its own buyer protection. I believe the deadline is 180 days from date of purchase, so you should still be covered. Look at the page for this transaction in your PayPal account. My guess is that you will find the link for filing a dispute there.

Next time, keep an eye on the deadlines for eBay's Money Back Guarantee and don't let them slip.

You started a second case --

while your first case was getting a refund --

then you started yet a third case during that second case.

Your seller has no place to click and issue a refund --

if the case where they are to refund --

is no longer open.

I already spoke to someone at the Attorney Generals Office in my State who took my complaint. They said that they will get my money back for me and to notify them if my Credit Card gets my money back for me first. I'm not in a rush to get my refund.

If you think that this seller has the right to keep my money, than you must think that Consumer crime pays. You know nothing about State laws when it comes to a consumer being ripped off by a business. My State does not tolerate that.

It's because of Veterans like me that this world is mostly free from oppression and tyranny. You dishonor the soldiers who gave their lives in the name of freedom and are serving now to ensure that this world stays free, and giving their lives for it. The People of Grenada are thankful for us freeing them from tyranny and oppression. We lost 20 Soldiers and over 100 wounded including someone in my unit who lost both his legs.
