Refund will not go though

Multiple attempts have been made though eBay and PayPal to send a refund. The refund will not go though due to technical issues. What to do in this situation?

I have had that happen before. So I opened my Paypal account and voila there is the refund. The glitch is NOT that the refund will not go through, the glitch is that the computer is TELLING you it didn’t go through even when it did.

If you made multiple attempts you especially need to check your Paypal account to be sure it was not duplicated.
