Refund Problem

Hi, I’m completely stumped with what to do with a buyer that I refunded to. When I go to paypal, it tells me that the refund was sent, however the buyer is telling me that she has not received it and is checking every day. What could the problem here be? 

(I have tried to call PayPal and eBay but because of the virus, they are not working)

The refund will go to the buyer's original funding source so if they paid via credit card or directly from their bank, it will take some time to show up. You might want to share the following link with your buyer.

It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
