Red dot

Does somebody know what it means when the tracking status is marked in red? My package is "in transit" since the 17th of May and hasn't moved since then. It is marked in red, with a red dot above it ...

I'd like to know the answer as well.  Tracking shows a red dot on 'In Transit'.  Why?, does it mean there's a delivery exception or what.   I even called eBay about their system and no one seems to know the answer.

I've got red also but I thin it is a color they picked. But as far as nothing since May 17th I would do a INR before it's too late. You may even have to go to PayPal to get your money back.
