Recent changes to shipping preferences

How to get more than one shipping option to show when listing.  Since the recent changes in settings I can only get one shipping option to appear when I am listing an item in spite of adding other preferences to my setting.

The buyer has to click on the shipping tab in the listing to see all the options.

Don't bother; you'll only 'confuse' buyers and/or when items are searched/found using Google, the HIGHER priced shipping will show. Use 'whatever is the cheapest' is best.
