Received Item Damaged

Purchased item from eBay, received the item and it was broken. I contacted the buyer, they didn’t know what to do. I can’t find anything on eBay about what to do. Is there anything I can do to get my money back? TYIA

You go to your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will either say RETURN THIS ITEM or MORE ACTIONS. 

Next click doesn’t match pictures or description or is defective. 

You may be required to upload a picture, after that you can click submit, complete return. 
Your seller has 2 days to issue a return label or refund, if by day 3 you don’t receive a return label or refund. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in.

Find the item in your Purchase History and press the big, blue 'Return this item' button. Cite the reason for the claim as 'Doesn't match description/photos' (or whatever the verbiage), Confirm and Submit.

Your seller will either send you a return shipping label (to return for a full refund) or will issue a refund without requiring a Return. If you have nothing from the seller after 3 days, escalate the case to eBay. Good luck.
