ROLLO Printer Help 4x6 not adjusting

Hey guys, I've recently brought a printer from Rollo. During the printing process I've adjusted settings to 4x6 PDF & PNG.

Both settings are showing up as full page 😞 Please help thank you

This is a recent ebay glitch. The current work around is to use ebay Bulk Shipping, even for a single label. You can also print from PayPal by selecting the correct label format.
