You are contacting eBay directly, this is a member to member help board.
Since Netflix subscriptions are considered digital goods they are not protected by the money back guarantee. If you paid with PayPal you can file a case through PayPal for a refund or if you back your purchase with a credit card you can contact your credit card directly by calling the number on the back of the card.

Can Netflix subscriptions be sold on eBay? How would that be possible?

Doesn't the Netflix UA prohibit subscriptions being transferred?

I would assume so, yes. Besides, it's a subscription, not some physical item that may or may not have resale limitations. If you want to subscribe to Netflix, you just go to their site and, you know, subscribe.
I don't see how or why you would buy a subscription from somebody else. I know some people might give out their account info and password, but once Netflix catches on to that, they'll pull the plug. Besides, it's... what, twelve bucks a month for a full, legit subscription? Seems like buying a scam account login would be hardly worth the trouble.

since seller in eBay system , Ebay must take all official documents (national id , passport copy ..etc ) of seller for furthers issues if in example the seller part of Scammed network , i faced a lot of problems before such fake netflex subscription and eBay support solved the matter , in now a day we faced a huge problems with sellers to refund our money back since eBay removed chat option from the website.
Also i asked Paypal to refund my money back they told me to back to eBay . really since remove chat option from eBay no one can trust sellers and very difficult to return back your money maybe after long time.
my question to Ebay company : why you remove direct support in your website and give this task to community . is this good way to gain the money , for my experience if the company not have strong direct support services believe me this is the end of the company and no one will come again to purchase any product.
before i done refund in one week only . in now a day more than 1 month and more my money not return back because of new eBay system. please again and again return back support chat we need your hand ebay company.

You fail to understand. You purchased an illegal Netflix account. There are no refunds for that, digital accounts, they are not covered under the money back guarantee. If eBay helped you once, it was a favor, they usually don't cover them.
Stop buying Netflix accounts on eBay and go straight to Netflix.

There's an old saying "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame om me.". What will it take to stop you from buying Netflix accounts? Perhaps the loss of your $5.00.

Perhaps netflix doesn't offer subscriptions in the buyer's area? Dunno
It is, but most content isn't available. They have to use a VPN.
The OP is trying to game the system and their countries laws by buying an American account to get more content.

Actually those are most likely stolen Netflix logins. For $4 once instead of $8-12 a month you get someone else’s Netflix email and password and get free Netflix until they cancel their subscription or change their login info (and have random shows they’ve never seen pop up in their “Recently watched” list.

Doubtful as the service provided is dependent on the country you are in, vastly more programmes /movies in the US than a lot of others and as previously mentioned US Netflix is exclusive to the US, more likely been sold a Free Trial which ran it's course over 30 days which Netflix are currently promoting.
