Question re: 5 label limit

I sold an item that requires 4 boxes to ship. I created 3 labels before I realizing I made a mistake, and voided those 3. I started over and printed two new labels but hit the limit of 5.

Does the 5 label limit still count if voided some of those? Does anyone have any suggestions??>

Yes, you have hit the limit of 5 labels.  Even if voided labels didn't count, the void isn't recognized until USPS acknowledges it, which can take 2 to 3 weeks.  You'll have to purchase those 3 remaining labels elsewhere.  There are plenty of other online sources for postage with rates similar to eBay's (stamps.com, pirateshp, etc.), or you can take those packages to the Post Office and purchase postage there.

You can buy the 2 additional labels from pirateship.com - unfortunately you will not be able to add tracking to the transaction. I suggest sending a message to the buyer with the 4 tracking numbers.
