Question About Forwarding With USPS

In the last few days I have noticed several of the packages I sent out are showing a Delivery Exception and are being forwarded to another address.  All of these packages are past the EDD provided by eBay.  I am thinking my buyers may have decided to forward the packages to the address they will be at during the holidays.

Question is now that these packages are in route to a different address than provided at checkout, is the MBG still applicable?  Especially in regard to INRs.

As far as I know anything that is forewarded to another address cancels the MBG.

Only other problem would be that now that they are forewarded to another address they will probably get there by next Christmas.
