I originally posted this in a different area and it was suggested to post it here.
Last time I sold an item, I selected to have a QR code emailed to me. I never received it and after several minutes of looking, I finally found it going through the order details. I then saved the picture and transferred it to my phone so I could use it at the post office.
It was suggested that you have to use the app, so this time when I sold an item, I went through the app and everything appeared to go just fine, but still did not receive a QR code in my email.
To be clear, I am not receiving the QR code in my email or in my ebay messages. I also checked my spam folder.
Is this a glitch that is being worked on or am I doing something wrong?

I should have said this first @artilum, but go to your communication preferences and under the Seller section make sure you have "Shipping label created" checked off.

My same experience. Why would Ebay be promoting and even suggesting if it's this much trouble....

Sounds great. I tried and found out it's not for me.
Got the first email in fairly short order. No prob.
The next 4 never showed up. I don't have the time it takes to wait on emails /
Decided to go back to printing them. Besides how would I know what label goes with which box? I would have to write a note on the contents, time, buyer, etc., to make sure I didn't scan the wrong QR to the package.
Who would like to save on printing costs but ebay has a long ways to go for this to work.

How long did you have to wait in line at the post office? My times to valuable.
Don't think it's worth it since waiting for the emails wastes time and then keeping track of what package goes with which email is challenging.
Thanks but no thanks.
