QR code for ground advantage not working

This morning I went to the post office with my QR code for Ground Advantage. The worker scanned it but got an error message saying unable to retrieve label. I tried at another post office and got the same result. Has this happened to anyone else? The package would have been a First Class package not parcel select if that matters. Thanks

its almost november and I am still not receiving a QR code in for usps shipping like I used to. I don't have a printer. Can you please re-enable this feature it is making things difficult for me.

having this exact issue today, is the suggestion to void and get new QR code from eBay?

There are currently intermittent issues with USPS labels on eBay, which is probably what's affecting QR codes. See this discussion for some other options:

I had the same issue and ended up having to cancel the order because of it. I had to pay 12 for the labels. Do I get a refund to or am I not eligible?

There was no need to cancel the order @programmingtech-75 . There are so many options available to sellers - next time come here first and ask for help. You'll need to void the label to get a refund.

To void a USPS shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided USPS label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

So i just sold 6 items out of 21. And it let me do 2 QR codes the first day. Only 1 the second day, then it stopped working. So now i am contacting the buyers for their address. Contacted one buyer and now i can't contact another. oops something went wrong.
