Q code

Hi,

I haven't sold anything on here in years and recently sold an item. I had no idea of the label purchase, when trying to click Q code to send it, I couldn't so I bought the label. After that it rushed and said I shipped item, and has a the tracking number. How can I get a Q  code for this label that already exists. It wouldn't let me get  the code even after I paid for the label.

thanks

Q code

There may be a q code under the right rear corner of the label.  Anyway, ship it out, q code or not, as you have tracking.

There is a small code on the corner of my label would they take it if I showed a image to them? I can't print it, and I have no kinko's out here where I live. 🙄

Q code

You will have to void the label @Anonymous and purchase a new one. You cannot switch between a printable label and a QR code. Void the first label then before you purchase the second label select the QR code option.

This is an old screenshot but it shows you the shipping label format section near the bottom, just above payment method and purchase button.

If you don't want to void the label then you'll need to find a way to print it. Local library will often let you print for about a quarter, you can print at Staples, or you can ask a friend/neighbor.

To void a USPS shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided USPS label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

That's not a QR code, it's an intelligent mail barcode. Not what the OP is looking for and won't help their printerless situation.

I'm not spending another 10 bucks to buy a label, the Q code thing doesn't work, I even checked to get it in Q code and nada.  So i'm out 10 bucks, I'll go back to making my own label and sending it like I did eons ago.

Why/how?

All you have to do is void the label following the instructions above. Only takes a couple of clicks.

@Anonymous

Why take the loss? It's easy to void the shipping label.

Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels. Find the label and use the Actions menu to the left. Ten dolla holla...
