Prohibited Item

Why was a camera part classed as a prohibited item ? I’m told don’t worry you will get your money back !” I DONT WANT THE MONEY I WANT THE ITEM“

I have sent and receive the very same type of parts many times and now I’m told I won’t receive it and it won’t be returned to the seller !! It’s an expensive and somewhat rare part, but decision made and I have no say in it now. Maybe someone in the Global shipping wanted a camera part for themselves.

because global has the import laws to follow: it seem it was a restricted item to your location.

Just because you have had items get through customs, does not mean they are not restricted.

Prohibited Item

The global shipping program is known for going   "overboard"  with customs laws.  Look at the bright side, at least you get your money back.  The downside is the seller does not get it back so, they can't choose another way to ship.
