Problems Shipping to Ireland

Of 4 orders shipped to Ireland since July, 2021, none have reached their destination (USPS First Class International, I have not used Priority mail), although one is still to early to count as late. I have asked my customers to reach out and try to find some explanation, but with no results that can help me (USPS deliveries in foreign countries are not traceable). It does appear that Ireland has a Brexit problem. Below is a link.

Thank you.

Problems Shipping to Ireland

There's a short list of countries that include edelcon service from USPS. Ireland is not on that list, so maybe eBay International Standard Delivery (ISD) would be a better option for you than shipping direct. With ISD you ship to a US hub, where an international label (typically DHL) gets slapped on and the package goes on its way. The rates are competitive, usually lower, than USPS First Class Package International.

With ISD you won't see many of the in-progress shipping scans, but you will see the initial scans, a few in between, and a delivered scan. To track the progress of ISD packages more closely you can go here.

ISD is not the same thing as the Global Shipping Program.

If your customers were already refunded, ask them if they'll contact you when their packages turn up so you can arrange re-payment through PayPal. Hopefully they're honest and you come out OK in the end.
