In my case a buyer told me he sended me the second item, because the first one didn't arrive, but after 21 days of opening a request, there was still no second item, the case automaticly cloased itself, and the user deleated his account.
What are my options ?

scam sellers say they will send another one just to stall and get past eBay's dates. I think you can put in a complaint with PayPal as their dates are longer.

If you paid with Pay Pal, you can file a claim there.

Yeh it would be one solution, but that person accepted payment with credit card, and I paid with credit card.
Now I'm in trouble.

Do you have a Paypal account? Even if you paid with a credit card you may still be able to file with PP if you have an account with them. Or, you could file a claim directly with your credit card company.

You can still file a claim with your credit card company for an item not received.
