Problem with seller

In my case a buyer told me he sended me the second item, because the first one didn't arrive, but after 21 days of opening a request, there was still no second item, the case automaticly cloased itself, and the user deleated his account.

 

What are my options ?

scam sellers say they will send another one just to stall and get past eBay's dates. I think you can put in a complaint with PayPal as their dates are longer.

If you paid with Pay Pal, you can file a claim there.

Yeh it would be one solution, but that person accepted payment with credit card, and I paid with credit card.

 

Now I'm in trouble.

Do you have a Paypal account? Even if you paid with a credit card you may still be able to file with PP if you have an account with them.  Or, you could file a claim directly with your credit card company.

I have a Paypal yes, but in this case it was not used. So what conection does PP have with this case if it's not involved?

Credit card company is for now my best solution so far yes, will try it...

Still, my hopes aren't high, because this is an international transaction.

 You can still file a claim with your credit card company for an item not received.
