Is anybody else having issues printing packing slips? Starting last night, whenever I try to print a packing slip, upon the print preview screen it just locks up. Rebooting did not correct. This is happening in Chrome and Edge and locks up in the same exact spot. Thanks!

Disregard, it was a larger printing issue.

Glad you worked it out.
personally , I find printing packing slips to be a waste of ink and paper so I don’t print them, unless it’s an eIS purchase then I am required to include it in the package.

Yes, the work-around for this issue is to print less at a time. From what I can see, 10 orders is about the maximum. For us, on a Monday, we have ~100 orders to print from the weekend. So printing 10 orders at a time is lot of work, and making sure I don't miss an order only adds time to what once was a simple task. Anyone have any fixes on this? It has been about 2 weeks since this problem started. As for just NOT printing packing slips? Well I rely on them for two reasons. One is that we dish out the slips to 4 different people to pull the orders. So pulling from a computer screen would mean passing out laptops to 4 people - paper is cheap, good laptops are not. Two, when selling trading cards, some customers buy the same card from multiple sellers, we do it sometimes too! When you have to build, say, 10 sets and need 1 card to complete these 10 sets, it is pretty rare that just one seller will have all ten of the same card that you need. So we end up buying 1, 2 or 3 cards from several different sellers. When you open the envelope, if they use a packing slip, you know exactly which seller it was from. If they do not use the packing slip, you have to compare the tracking number on the envelope (eBay standard tracking numbers are printed very small) to the tracking number on the orders. It's not a huge job, but a fair amount of work to figure out if you buy a lot. So from a seller's point of view, you really want your customer to know it is your order that was delivered. It really saves confusion on their end, and if your customer confuses orders, you can bet that they will also confuse you with questions like "you sent me the wrong card". Umm no, that was from another customer, my card is packaged differently AND includes a packing slip! You will know when you receive an order from me because the packing slip has our business logo on it, etc. So i spent more time explaining why a packing slip is important, than what I am here for, which is help with the printing of more than 10 packing slips at a time. Agreed. Big waste. I've only done it once in maybe 20 EIS sales.

*UPDATE AND RESOLUTION OF THIS PACKING SLIP PRINTING ISSUE!*
I found the issue which keeps us from printing more than 10 packing slips with one click. If you are seeing this same issue, you most likely also have an eBay store. The fix is when you go to print your packing slips, before you follow through and click "print" in the pop-up window, click "Customize" which is on the left, below the words "Select documents to print" and "Packing slip". In the next pop-up, scroll down and below the words "eBay store info", there you need to uncheck the box next to "Store logo". That's it! Now you can print all your packing slips with one click of the print button. Why is the store logo keeping us from printing more than 10 packing slips at once? I do not know, but for the meantime, this is the fix. I suggest going back and checking that same box periodically in the future, to see when this is finally fixed. If anyone needs more info or screenshots of this procedure, please feel free to message me back, or message me directly at: https://www.ebay.com/str/hilltopauctions ...thank you! ~Jeff & Team
