Printing Label Screen Wont Pop Up

Anyone else having the issue of the PDF label screen not popping up after you hit purchase shipping label? before I would put in the weight..hit the purchase shipping label button and a PDF screen would pop up where I could print the label.  Now I have to hit the print label screen, takes me to another page, hit the print button then print...curious if anyone else is having these issues or if a new thing by ebay?

Yes! I'm having the same issue. I was hoping someone would have a solution. I tried adjusting the settings in Google chrome...

Just happened to me a minute ago.  All the little things add up to annoying.

I have the same issue.   It seemed to have started around 6/17/21 for me and continues today 6/19/21.   I select to purchase and print and then nothing.   I have to then select print label and click on the printer icon (on a Mac) to open the print dialog window.

Hope it isn't new way to do things - too many extra clicks!

yep, just came on here to make sure I wasn't the only one. 🙂 I agree - I hope it's not a "new" way b/c it's definitely much less streamlined.

Yes! And after the extra click, I can't get the label to print in 4x6 - it is printing a full sheet  (8.5 x 11). The label format still says it is 4x6 but I get a full sheet. I've called customer service twice, the first time I was told it is a known issue, 2nd time I was told, "you have successfully printed your label" - the rep did not ever comprehend my issue.

How do I get this to print on a 4x6 label again? I can't mail a 7x9 envelope with an 8.5x11 label

Ditto here. 2 extra clicks to print label. Doesn't seem like much but is annoying.

Same issue. I just assumed it was a Chrome update or my adblocker i have tried everything. It is just annoying working with multiple pages.

Make sure to voice this concern - at the bottom of the label page is a 5 star rating system for how satisfied you were.  Vote with every label until they get the message.

I think i was able to solve this issue. It work for me therefore i am sharing it.

Step 1
Go to Google Chrome Settings(3 dots on the top right corner)

Step 2
Type Pop and under content click additional content settings

Step 3
Click PDF Documents

Step 4
Click Open PDF's in Chrome

Step 5
Now everytime you generate a label instead of downloading it will pop up so you print,

I have a Zebra ZP 450-200
