No. Regardless, all current regional* and flat-rate boxes are under 1 cubic foot ... packages under 1 cubic foot are not subject to dimensional weight.
* If you have an old Regional C box, it will exceed 1 cubic foot (15"x12"x12"). Regional C boxes ship at regular Priority Mail rates, and are subject to dimensional weight.
