Postal Services worldwide database

An important knowledge for international sellers and buyers is to have a daily updated database that shows which postal services of each country are working normally sending and receiving package as well as delivering them.

Without these knwoledge the delivery time for packages is uncertain.

If Ebay team cannot manage it, at least Paypal need to be configured to not hold back funds from the sellers and self Paypal need to assume the amounts for any claim until context retur to normal levels.

Hope these suggestion reach to the correspondent Ebay and Paypal teams

Did you read the link regarding International Postal Services?
Right there, under the header is the title "Select one of the entries below to display disruption information for that location or event." And guess what! When you click on a country it will "display disruption information for that location or event".
Sounds like the info for the postal service of the rest of the countries that you are looking for..................................
