I paid for 24 hour courier service Wednesday morning when I placed my order. I’ve only just received my delivery now, Friday afternoon. Am I entitled to get my postage refunded as I paid £9.99 to get next day delivery but didn’t get this service? Thanks.

I think that you would have to take up that issue with the courier service.

...also, even with USPS Express Mail, there is certain times for next day delivery depends on the sender how much they paid for postage plus the deadline of Express Mail cutting time (usually 3:45PM)...

...if the package said it should be delivered at 12 noon (12:00PM), but the scanner showed 12:01PM then the sender can file a claim to get back the money...
