Hello Everyone,
I had 15 sales and took the packages to the post office. Seven of them weren't scanned until the next day which made them late and took my stats down and now instead of being Top Rated, I'm now Above Standard. You can't call or even chat with eBay right now and it's going to affect my rating. Has anyone else had this problem? I am at my wits end. It happened again this week, however, it hasn't shown on my stats as of yet, but I'm sure it will. Carole

There was an announcement on March 13th about this. You should be okay. Here's an excerpt:
Protecting your seller performance during COVID-19
Ebay realizes that flexibility in business operations is essential right now. We want to reassure you that you will not be penalized for being unable to carry out usual operations. We understand there may be situations where you can’t get an item out the door as fast as normal or you have to unexpectedly cancel an order. So in supporting your needs, your Seller Performance Standards will not be negatively impacted during this period.
Your account will be protected from being downgraded from the upcoming March 20th seller performance standard evaluation until the June 20th evaluation.
For example, if you were a Top Rated Seller on February 20th and your performance over the next evaluation period would have moved you down to Above Standard, you will now automatically retain your Top Rated status. If you were Above Standard on February 20th and your performance over this period would have moved you to Below Standard, you will now automatically remain Above Standard.

Lots of the mail is a little late these days but I'm just thankful the PO is still open and able to function.

My late shipment was )% for the longest time. Now it is .10% not thru any thing I have done. I go to the post office everyday, but sometimes just told to leave my packages. I usually say I will wait, but sometimes the annoyed clerk can not or will not scan. Not much you can do, but rely on them to do their job. I am always afraid to complain as future packages might have bigger problems. (trips to who knows where). Maybe I am the only person that Covid 19 is in the news as I feel ebay has no idea and some customers also complaining about delivery times. PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES AND READ A NEWSPAPER.

Your status doe not officially change until the 20th of the month. In your situation that will not happen until May unless eBay give you a bye.
Always a good idea anytime you go to the PO with packages is have the desk person scan your packages in while you wait and get a receipt for each. package Control your own destiny.

I have been noticing that Ebay seller Hub has not been updating the tracking info as quick. I can check tracking on Ebay and it shows "tracking number provided" but when I check the tracking numbers on the carrier's site ,they show received or in transit.

I have received several emails about late deliveries so I started checking my post offices response time. I am finding most of them are shown as accepted 3 to 7 days after I have mailed them. Ebay needs to address this problem.
