I shipped an item on 12/7 that got stuck in the USPS mess, the buyer opened a case then charged it back on his credit card. The item is now moving and will be delivered to the buyer. What should I do? Is there a way to reverse or stop delivery?

Go to usps.com and recall the package. There is a charge for this.
