Paypal Return Shipping Refund

so paypal offers the option to get return shipping cost refunded to the buyer but they require certain documents.  one of which is a reciept for the cost of return shipping.  i initiated a return and chose the option to use the ebay return label and was charged for it.  but no where in my paypal account or in the ebay returned item section does this documentation of the cost exist!!! how is that possible?  where would this information be?

It's in the PayPal account which you logged into to pay for the eBay return label.

Look in your seller account under fee's and see if it's listed there?

If you never use the return label, there's no charge.

The charge only appears at PayPal after the return label is scanned.

The OP is probably the BUYER since he’s trying to get a refund for the label. So the charge won’t be on his seller account because it wasn’t billed to his invoice
