OK - Where did the USPS Priority Region B Box go from the business rule drop down menu

I had business rules for both Region boxes A and B.  Listing an item today I go to use Region B for shipping and my shipping rule has vanished.  Tried to reenter it as a rule and the B region option is no longer listed in the drop down shipping options, but the A region option is.  What gives?

Could it be the dimensions you give in the listing? Or the weight?

Type in the dimensions of a regional B box (12 x 10 x 5) and it should appear.

No - this is under Business Rules - this is BEFORE you enter weight or dimensions  - every other USPS Priority type is listed EXCEPT Region B box.
