Does anybody have any info on this seller. Ebay won’t help me because he provided shipping but his message said he shipped to the wrong address. So I don’t have item or money.

New products will arrive in the next 3 working days,
If you don't receive your item, and it is past the last estimated delivery date, go to the Resolution Center and file an Item Not Received dispute to get your money back.

I see that your seller has picked up a couple of negative feedbacks within the past month. Ouch!
As another poster mentioned, you can open an Item Not Received case one day past the estimated delivery date.

I wouldn't trust a seller with no current listings and only 2 items listed as sold who claims they have an 'order processing staff'. That elevator is not going to the top floor.

Even though you already lost the Item Not Received case, go ahead and open another Item Not Received case as the other responders have suggested.
Otherwise, contact and ask the shipping carrier about your tracking number, get confirmation IN WRITING that it was some other address (no need to say the exact address), then file an appeal at eBay for your refund.
Your replacement is not on its way: It will never arrive, sorry you were scammed.
