Hi,
How can I get the tracking number from a seller?
I tried asking her, but, nothing. I tried to contact eBay, but, there's no subject on my issue. 😞
I read that once the item is shipped, then, the tracking number will show. Well, she has shipped my item and no tracking number.
Can someone please help me?

Sellers don't have to upload a tracking number. However there is an estimated date for delivery. You can open a claim for an item not received the next day.

And, just to add to what everyone else wrote, some shipments don't even have tracking numbers.

I agree with what everyone is saying here. This is where ebay is different than Amazon. On Amazon, a tracking number is required in order to confirm shipment. Then again, on the shipping labels generated on ebay, tracking is included and is on the label at the bottom. I would definitely raise awareness to ebay on this seller immediately. Doesn't sound good to me. Good luck and please keep us updated on your situation.

What awareness should they raise with eBay? As others mentioned, tracking is not required by eBay.
Not all sellers print their labels on eBay and may not bother to add the tracking number. (although I agree that if there is tracking they should enter it). Or they may be sending a first class flat using stamps which wouldn’t have tracking. If a seller is international, they may not use tracking because of he high cost.

As others have mentioned, sellers are not required to furnish tracking numbers to buyers and, in fact, not required to ship with tracking. If the item doesn't arrive by the last day of the estimated delivery window, you can file an INR dispute the following day.
Please note that if you file an INR dispute the seller will have the opportunity to upload the tracking number and if it shows that the item has been delivered the seller will win the dispute. If they didn't ship with tracking, they will lose. That is the chance they took by not using tracking. Of course, if they didn't use tracking they are depending upon the integrity of the buyer to not file false disputes.
