I used to pop back and forth from searching and reading the boards, both to buy and if someone asked about a certain thing. No you can't get back to eBay without opening another window. Search both on the boards and eBay have become a struggle. Hell it's devolved to the point that it's now almost easier to find things on CL or FM. (is DeJoy running eBay now too, because the latest "updates" to eBay are as screwed up as what he has done to USPS).

Click on the round blue icon in the upper right corner of the screen. eBay gets a kick out of hiding things.

I agree. I used to enjoy reading through the community boards casually, but when I got sold-notification I could switch over to the business side and get my order out quickly. The best work-around I've found is to have the Hub bookmarked (or have both tabs open in the first place) but we can't quick-switch anymore, the ebay notification isn't <here>. It's two separate siblings now. It definitely works against work-efficiency.

I get the cha-ching on the phone, which is all I use the ebay app for, so I know about a sale or message. But it was nice to see the red notification bell before. It saved so much time. Now I have to have a phone and a computer on me just to work fast. I thought the idea was consolidating devices (and sites), not separating and requiring both of them...
