First time posting here...
Is there a way to give feedback to eBay on the new "packing slip" format that appears after you purchase postage? I sell about 50 items a week and I would print the packing slip on my thermal printer (4"x6") along with my labels. It made it so easy to print with packing slips and now it's forcing me to have a packing slip formatted to an 8.5"x11" paper and that's on a separate printer in another part of my house. It's not as convenient and doesn't look right on my 4x6 printer as when you print a 8.5x11 document on a 4x6 area it's distorted and illegible. Pleeeeease bring back the previous printing slip that was on the postage page.

Lots of complaints about this. Use the Comment or Tell us what you think link on the page.
I have always used Fit-To-Width for the detailed packing list to format to a 4x6 label with my browser set to use Adobe to open the PDF file. It may be a little small, but it is still readable.

Same issue here. Very unhappy about this change, and they need to bring back the thermal printer format option. I do not use 8.5 x 11 printer for eBay, only my thermal printer 4x6. eBay, we need a quick fix!

Is anyone benefiting from this change? I'm not. If it's more secure or something at least say that (or lie about it). It just seems like an unsolicited change. Who is going to want that?

I'm printing the 8.5x11 on the thermal printer 4x6 and then handwriting the order on the slip. I sell sports cards for my husband and while I can read the slips (barely) this is still a huge pain. I'm so glad I'm not alone in my rage at this change.
