Hi Everyone,
I sold a bottle of supplement and arrived on 4/18
1. On 18th buyer requested return and I accidentally initiated return before checking since I never have a return experience. When i check it more, the buyer said the photo is deceptive and left me a negative feedback.
SO the photo on my listing contains 4 same bottles vitamins (just wanna show enough stock and i see quite some ppl do that), but I clearly state on the title and description that the order is "1 bottles 60 tablets per order". I sold 30 bottles and never have the problem until this. I asked ebay about taking away the negative feedback but no response yet, may be due to covid 19. So, is it possible ebay will take the negative feedback away in this case?
2. Also the buyer only started shipping the item on 4/29, so is it too late? how many days the buyer has to return after the return is initiated?
Thanks, and take care
Linda

Sorry, but you won't be able to have the feedback removed because the buyer told the truth. It is taking a risk to show pictures with more items than you are actually listing. Better to just use a picture with 1 bottle. They aren't worried about the rest of your stock, they are just worried about what they will get.
I believe ebay has extended the return time to 30 days due to the current situation with the virus.
