A buyer purchased two items and wanted to combine the order after the fact, which I'm fine with. I am shipping from Canada from the US. At the time of the purchase (yesterday) the buyer selected USA Tracked Packet with Canada Post but since there is a Canada Post strike likely starting May 23rd, ebay won't allow me to ship with that. I'm okay with that as I want to ship with UPS this time anyways. I do offer UPS shipping as an options for buyers. The problem is, when I combine the two orders and select UPS shipping, I get an error saying I need to verify the customs form (shown in yellow in the photo), but when I click the link to do so, I get the "Bulk Label Printing Error" and I'm unable to purchase the combined shipping.
I need to ship this out by tomorrow and I want to avoid going to UPS and paying full price out of pocket. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Solved with a workaround!
If you're having this issue, ship one item with the total weight and dimensions, then add the tracking number to the other item and mark as shipped.
