Buyer received damaged item and return process seems way murky. I'd like to make it as easy as possible for him to return the item but not sure how I'm supposed to generate a USPS return label without knowing when the buyer will be able to ship it back. Do I ask the buyer when they'll plan to ship or do I ask the buyer to buy the label and then reimburse him immediately via paypal?
