The post office tried to deliver a package to my customer, but I guess there was no access. They only tried to deliver once though. There is no reattempt shown. I've tried to message the customer twice, but I get no response, I also see when I look at the customer's account that it says "no longer registered". Where did my package go? The customer was having the package delivered to a 3rd party company. I'm not sure why. I haven't got my package back or heard from the customer. I'm not sure what's going on. I've been paid already the money is in my bank. So how is this going to turn out?

There is at least one freight forwarder located in Delaware.
Possibly, if your buyer is an international buyer, that is one of them. Hard to understand why a package for a forwarder would not be deliverable. If the buyer is no longer registered on eBay, that package should get back to you eventually.

I am assuming USPS is the service provider
It might not been scanned at delivery point. First attempt, no access, means; gated place. On second attempt, item delivered but no scan. It's possible!
Don't message the Buyer anymore, they might feel vulnerability and open an Item Not Received case. Then you lose money because of no receiving scan is showing
Do this:
Search for your item. File for Missing Package. You'll get a call in 48 hours. Package might be sitting in destination Post Office

Hi,
So I contacted eBay and the customer was suspended from using eBay. They didn't tell me the exact reason though. The customer has filed a complaint with his bank trying to get his money back. His bank contacted eBay and now I'm going through the process of proving I mailed the package. I have all the tracking information so I hope this helps me. Yes I did use USPS Priority Mail. When I talked to an eBay rep he said he didn't think the customer would win since I have proof that I mailed the item. So I'm waiting to see the outcome. Whats weird is that the package has been at the post office since the 20th, with no attempt to delivery again. I was thinking that the customer was going to try to get his money back and then go pick up the package at the post office after. The post office said they hold packages for up to 15 days. That would give him until about the 5 of Dec to pick it up. I'll update when I get the outcome.

Interesting, so package is in destination Post Office. Buyer is running a scam. We don't know what it is but this is not Buyer's first time
You could always retract the package. The 15 day hold on Post Office for undelivered packages, isn't always accurate. It could go closer to a month. It's holiday season

Update on this situation. Still can't find the package, my money is still on hold, no decision yet from eBay

Ahh, what a nightmare!?
Did you file for missing mail?
www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
Call that Post Office and talk to their Post Mater. Normally, once you file for missing mail, Post Master will call you. Ask to send the package back to sender. They automatically send it back within 4-6 weeks. You just need to speedup the process
