Maybe a neighbor has it.

I understand that you should get the item you ordered, but there are several things that could have happened:
The first step would be ask household members and neighbors to check for a misdelivery. Second, contact your seller and ensure that all the addressing was correct (you provided the correct address, and the seller used the correct address). If that all checks out, I would then check with the post office to verify the delivery address (or ask your seller if they would be so kind as to do that) ... scammers might send a light package to a random address in your city.
If all the addressing was correct, and no one near you has the package, then I would suspect that it was stolen from your delivery location.

Ask the delivery carrier to do a GPS for the location where delivered.
Perhaps it was misdelivered ?

How is this the seller's fault? It is not like the seller was the one who supposedly delivered it to you. This is completely USPS's fault, and I don't see why you are blaming the seller for it.

My address was correct , I verify every order I make , asked my neighbors , my mail was there , neighborhood never had a problem with packages , I’m not debating this any longer ! This is bad for business I will file the proper complaints and feedback period!

OK ... but if the seller did not make a mistake (e.g., if it is a USPS mistake, or if the package was stolen), then it is unfair to leave negative feedback for the seller. Such an action can hurt a seller's business.

I didn’t blame the seller , to file a dispute you must contact the merchant which is what I did ! I have no package ! In order for it to be investigated and the bank will do so ! Thanks for your opinion

Nothing more to discuss here tonight , I have the right to leave feedback either good or bad under the circumstances it is what it is .

If you are not blaming the seller, why would you take the money away from them? Let's say you are the seller...
You sell something. You ship it. The buyer says it never showed up. The buyer files a claim and takes away your money. You now have no money and no item.
Yes, you are obviously blaming the seller between saying you will open a claim with your CC merchant and leaving bad feedback for them.

Why did you ask the question in the first place then...?

Well guess what. You actually don’t have the right to harm the seller. The seller can have the feedback easily removed. Instead of channeling your anger towards the seller, why not be protactive and try to find your package? The post office knows exactly where it was delivered. Go there tomorrow and get that information. That should be your main concern, not leaving feedback for the seller.
