I kindly request your assistance with my order that I never received. Due to military actions in my region at that time, flights were suspended, and the seller informed me that the package was returned to them. In January and February 2025, I contacted the seller multiple times asking to resend the order or issue a refund, but received no reply. I previously reached out to eBay support, but unfortunately have not received a resolution

You would need to seek assistance from the payment source used to make payment.
eBay can no longer help you for two reasons.
1) The item was returned to the seller, the seller is under no obligation to refund an item that was sent return to sender.
2) Money Back Guarantee is for 30 days from estimated date of delivery for returns
and 30 days from estimated date of delivery fir items not received.

ALL buyers, as well as ALL sellers, need to get acquainted with the MBG, preferably BEFORE beginning to buy or sell here.
There was an estimated delivery date in the listing. When/if that date had passed by a day, you could have simply opened an item not received case with eBay. You had 30 days to do that. Now, your only recourse is to open a case with your payment source.
Please read the MBG. That way, you will know what to do if/when this happens again.
