I have a customer who recently ordered a product to the United Kingdom through the eBay Global Shipping Program. However, during transit, a part fell out of the shipping box (likely when passing through customs inspection) and is needed for the item to function properly. I am willing to ship the buyer a replacement part (very light package, <16oz), but when I go to ship the order, the shipping address comes up as the eBay Global Shipping Program center in KY. Can I ship the package containing the replacement part to this address and have it delivered to the customer, or is the address with reference number a one-time use?

You are using the GSP so yes the address comes up as Kentucky because that's where the center is located which will forward your package to the UK. If you want to ship your item directly to your buyer than you will have to purchase your label using Int'l mail on your own and not through eBay's GSP. You will not have any protection that way so if it is lost, damaged, or misdelivered you will be on the hook once again. Best of luck to you....

Noted that you received an order and shipment was through GSP.
Noted that you dispatched the item and package was delivered minus 1 Part.
Postage charges paid by your buyer to GSP have been used therefore GSP will not carry your 2nd package containing missing part as they have not been paid postage and you can not engage them to provide this service.
Reference number shown on original order is for GSP and they use this to complete their declarations and other required documents for export.
Please do not attempt to print a label through order as this will always show GSP address details.
You can arrange shipment through courier of your choice (May be not through eBay) to send item direct to your buyers address in UK. Please use a tracked& signed service and I recommend that you upload a copy of postage label to message you sent your buyer confirming that missing item is dispatched.
Please make sure that on custom declaration you details the item and detail that this is a replacement part for missing item on a previous shipment and declared value can not be full order value.
Hope this helps.
